Martin Oglesby

  Martin is an accomplished Local Government professional with over 37 years experience, with a strong focus in IT and Digital delivery and service management. 

As a former SIRO and Head of Information Technology and Digital Services at North Lincolnshire Council, Martin can share his vast knowledge, with particular expertise in service management and leadership, partnerships and shared services, structural design, problem solving, change programmes and implementation.

During his 15 years in this ever-changing post, Martin experienced and undertook a lead response role in many critical real life situations - ranging from the wide spread floods of 2007 and the restoration of key IT facilities, to the recent pandemic response, changing the whole office based workforce to at home/agile working. 

As a senior consultant he can help other organisations transform by using existing or new digital technologies, redesigning services, structures and thinking.

Outside of work Martin had many interests and hobbies which include travel, football, music, and custom painting just about anything!
