I'm Sarah, and I have over ten years of experience in devising and leading strategic communications campaigns for a range of third and public sector organisations, often dealing with sensitive and contentious issues. This has included working with the Veterans services charity, Stoll to establish it as a key player with Local Authorities and national media, the Forced Marriage Unit and Parental Child Abduction Section respectively, at the Foreign Office, the British Library and leading the communications around the Independent Reconfiguration Panel’s review into which children’s heart surgery units should be closed in the UK. I also have significant experience of managing and engaging varied stakeholder groups, ensuring multiple objectives are being met at any given time. I maintain strong relationships with a broad range of media and often provide counsel to senior decision-makers in the , public sector, third sector, and health organisations. My current work involves developing and implementing strategic communications programs for the Health Foundation and international NGO, the ISS General Secretariat.
Outside of work, most of my time is taken up with looking after my two young and very energetic sons. Any spare time I have beyond that, is spent with friends. I can also often be found on long, muddy walks with my Labrador Arthur, running and cycling around with my boys and the dog.
